YBS have been awarded the Mechanical and Electrical upgrade works for a major refurbishment of a South Wales Mail Centre. The works were competitively tendered and the have been awarded by one of our top tier principle contractors.
The project commenced in early February and will see the building receive replacement air handling units, water chillers and boilers along with associated building management systems, electrical upgrades, pipework and ventilation.
The project is due to complete this summer and we look forward to working with these repeat customers to deliver over £1m pounds of new services.
