YBS have commenced with the strip-out and design of Phase 1 works for a major restructure of operations at a production facility in Leeds.
The project is a multi-phased scheme in which YBS have been appointed to start Phase 1 as the mechanical contractor for the construction of a new café and meeting rooms.
The works consist of new VRF heat pump heating and cooling systems, mechanical ventilation, domestic water, heating and controls.
The works were competitively tendered through an existing supply chain agreement and YBS are hopeful they will continue into the next phase.
