We have been awarded the contract to upgrade aging Air Handling Unit equipment for a household furniture supplier in Braehead, Scotland. The project involves the removal, replacement and builderswork, associated with the replacement of over eight indirect fired gas burners and direct replacement of one indirect fired AHU to the main warehouse area.
The project is working direct for our client, with YBS acting as principle contractor and principle designer. The project will be contracted through our Scottish branch, is due to commence in early May and should be completed in quick time, reducing the downtime of heating to a minimum.
Through upgrading the existing equipment we will save our client much of their capital expenditure budget for this year, which in turn will cover more equipment than was originally planned.
