YBS have successfully secured the next two phases of works to a major international engineering firm in South Leeds in their oil and gas extraction offices. The client has invested heavily in the restructure of its operation in Leeds and YBS has been involved with the first stage of the project. We have now been successful in our tender bid process and have secured the next two phases.
The works consist of the mechanical heating and ventilation of two office areas – developing the spaces into high quality office accommodation, and include new water and waste services to compliment the works already undertaken previously.
Through a collaborative approach with the Client, the Principle Contract Team and our preferred supply chain, we hope to commence the next Phases in late January with completion in early Spring.
