YBS have just completed a mechanical and electrical cooling project for one of our long standing customers, at one of their regional warehouses in Northampton.
The project was developed, designed and installed by YBS, with us also taking the principle design and contracting roles.
The project commenced in the latter part of 2016 and was completed recently and provides much needed ventilation and cooling to the storage and sorting areas of the warehouse.
As part of the project, YBS provided new AHUs, served by new chiller plant and pump room housings.
The works were undertaken in a live building and were phased to ensure minimal disruption to the client.
