YBS have been given the Mechanical & Electrical building services upgrade package, for two Southern region parcel delivery depots. The works, in North London and Gatwick, are to upgrade the building to suit the clients new requirements.
The project includes an upgrade of the heating ventilation and electrical compliancy, and will ensure that the parcel delivery centre is a functional and healthy environment for the working staff and customers.
The works have commenced on site and will be due to commence in time for spring. The project is being managed by one of our top tear partnering contractors acting as Principle Contractor.
