YBS have completed the mechanical services of another new shop in Aylesbury, which has just opened. M&S’s Foodhall is the second addition to Broadfields and is part of the re-fresh of the site, which has included new frontages to all the shops.
The mechanical services included heating, ventilation and domestic water installations, as a shell fit-out, working for a fit-out contractor on a framework agreement. The work was undertaken on a fast-track programme and the result was of an excellent standard and just in time for the summer trade.
