A new food hall supermarket has opened with tremendous success in Crown Point, Leeds and looks fantastic.
The existing retail unit was converted from a general store into a food hall this Autumn and has launched in time for the Christmas sales. The store is part of an existing retail development in Leeds and offers first-class food, wine and its own café to the Leeds shoppers.
YBS have provided the mechanical services to the building as part of a framework agreement, which consisted of VRF heating and cooling, heat reclaim ventilation, domestic water, controls and above ground drainage.
