YBS have started a pre-construction survey at a new delivery office in Manchester. The project, which started in August with the strip out phase, will be moving quickly into the M&E fit-out programme.
The project is for an existing client but is the first project undertaken for this particular main contractor and we hope it is the first of many. The contract was awarded on competitive tender and will see the existing building transformed into a bespoke Mail Depot for one of our key clients.
