YBS have just completed a new build warehouse in Portsmouth for one of our blue chip clients.
The project was almost 12 months in planning, commencing construction early this year and completing in July.
We undertook the Mechanical & Electrical services for the project, which was issued under a D & B Contract and consisted of warm air gas fired heating, low cost ventilation, LED lighting, general and process power along with coordination of the Data, Security and BMS Controls.
