Through our off-site manufacturing facility, we have recently carried out a 3D Bim drawing for a new pump and plate heat exchanger installation for Royal Mail.
The advantages of off-site manufacture are that the manufacture is in a workshop environment, reducing any hot work and also limiting any requirement for onsite equipment.
On site installation time is then considerably reduced, due to the use of the pre-assembled components. All parts are test fitted in the factory prior to delivery to site and labour and the required skill set is also reduced, with no need for welders on site.
