YBS have completed a comprehensive refresh to an existing health and fitness centre in Sunderland. The works involved the remodelling of the existing gym, fitness, reception and café areas and installation of mechanical and electrical systems, including lighting, small power and air conditioning.
The new services were designed in-house by our D&B team to compliment the new and improved internal ambiance of the existing Aquatics Centre. The finished project has all the latest equipment required for a very varied workout.
