YBS have just completed a project at a retail unit in Kingstown – formerly a Comet the unit has now been transformed into a Simply Food retail outlet.
The site, in the north of the city, will create 55 new full and part-time jobs and the store will sell around 4,800 food lines and includes a cafe, car parking and a food ordering service. The unit is 1,384sq m and will stock high quality food, fresh produce and pre-prepared meals. YBS have undertaken the Mechanical Services to the store comprising LPHW heating, domestic hot water generation, ventilation, drainage and a BMS controls system.
The project was completed in a six week fit-out after being handed over from a shell contractor.
