We have started on site in Carlisle, with a new mechanical services fit-out to a retail food outlet store. After a competitive tender process we have successfully agreed terms for tag rates to provide mechanical services for this high street food giant, starting with their new site in Carlisle. The services will include heating, ventilation, controls and domestic Water Services, to a fit out shell construction, in partnership with one of our key account Clients. The is scheduled to be up and trading for the end of summer.
