YBS are well underway with the mechanical services to a new shell fit out of a mail delivery office in Harrow, North West London.
The New DO is due for completion in summer of 2018 and the scheme is on a fast track programme with all trade working hard to complete as soon as possible to a very high standard.
YBS were appointed through competitive tender and have been appointed not only on cost but also from experience of previous projects of a similar nature.
The scope of works include; new heating and ventilation to the operations area, welfare and admin offices, gas fired heating to the operations area, LPHW boiler plant and distribution main to the heat the offices and admin areas, domestic hot water generation and distribution, building management controls and energy monitoring and general ventilation.
The project was issued for design development and YBS have through their previous experience been able to provide some value engineering solutions to help the client reduce costs, without compromising quality.
