YBS have won a fast-track project to repair and replace new ambient cooling and extraction, into a new process line for one of our clients in Bolton. The project involves in-house upgrade of existing supply units, with incorporation of ventilation distribution through fabric ductwork. The project will help keep the ambient temperature of the baking hall at optimum temperatures, to maximise output and occupancy environments without the requirement of mechanical cooling.
Through our in-house factory facility, we were able to increase the life span of the original client supply units with new filters, dampers and distribution ductwork, maximising the clients target budget.
The works commenced early April and should be complete for the new production line to go live.
