Phase 1 of a major mechanical refit has just gone live in the Midlands for one of our clients. The fast-track fit-out was to install gas fired warm air heating into a large space, to replace a worn out wet heating system.
YBS were given the responsibility to provide heating for occupation in November initially in a temporary manor. Through our supply chain partners and our commitment to our clients, we have managed to change a temporary solution into a permanent solution, avoiding unnecessary cost and disruption to our client.
Phase 2 is due to commence in Spring, when YBS are hoping to upgrade the 30,000m2 warehouse.
