Works are progressing well with the phased completion of the MEP services upgrade, at a large warehouse and office complex in Croydon.
The scheme started in 2022 and continues into 2023, involving the Air Handling and Fan, Boiler and Water Heating, Lighting, Small Power, BMS controls, along with WC Refresh and full building overhaul on a live site.
The works are being undertaken for one of our largest customers and managed by one of our closest of clients.
The combined value of services is one of our largest schemes of the year and the works are going very well, with beneficial use being given as the project progresses.
