YBS has successfully completed the mechanical services at a brand new Mail Centre facility in north London.
The project was won successfully on competitive tender and was placed on order as a design and build contract, from a provisional design concept.
The services include a forced air ventilation system, gas fired localised heating, LPHW hot water generation and DHWS generation from an indirect cylinder. The project has full connectivity from a BMS system supplied and installed by our in-house energy and controls specialists.
The project was completed recently and will allow the client to streamline and centralise their operations from this bespoke well placed hub. The main contractor for the project was one of YBS highly regarded clients and this is the fourth new build fit out of its kind, YBS have undertaken throughout the UK.
