Over 90 teams competed for the best time in the iconic annual bed race, in what must have been one of the warmest races in recent history. The race saw all the beds parade and then race around the beautiful market town of Knaresborough, with a climatic finish including a quick dip across the river Nidd. The whole day was a great success and a spectacle to behold, and all for very good causes.
YBS are very proud to be associated and donate money for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service Lost Boys team, who were donating their sponsorship to a very worthy cause – the Candlelighters Charity. Congratulation go to all the teams who took part but especially to all the emergency service teams, who gave away their very precious free time to help others with their fundraising efforts.
