YBS are completing the first fix and commencing the completion programme for a new clothes retailer in Oxfords new and improved shopping centre, due to open at the end of this year.
The city centre development is in prime position for the Oxford shopping circuit and our client has taken advantage to be one of the first retailers to complete in this location. YBS have been employed to install the mechanical services to this development including the manufacture and supply of the Air Handling Plant.
This is the second development undertaken for this client with the third already planned in Yorkshire to commence later this month.
