YBS have successfully completed the Mechanical services upgrade to a Mail Centre in Bristol.
The project was part of an essential maintenance programme for one of our repeat-clients and involved the replacement of the heating system, upgrade and cleaning of the ventilation, repair and service to the AHUs, full upgrade the toilet and welfare areas, domestic water services and controls and design, coordination and management.
The works were competitively tendered last year and were designed and developed in house by YBS Key Account Manager and Design team.
Completed in December 2017, the services are installed to provide a minimum of 10-15 years of further reliable service.
