YBS have just completed a 666,000 sq. ft. national distribution centre and logistics hub, located within the Midlands Golden Triangle.
We were appointed to upgraded the mechanical services, which include the service and upgrade of the heating, ventilation, domestic water, air conditioning, building management systems and life safety systems to this large strategically situated site.
Built to good standards, the services have recently been enhanced and updated for the client to bring them up to current standards and ready for sale or lease to prospective clients.
The works were carried out for one of our repeat principle contractors, who had upgraded the facility including electrical and architectural upgrades, to further enhance the building to the clients specification.
