YBS are currently undertaking four concurrent projects for one of our close clients, refreshing their current buildings welfare and amenities areas, for relaunch in the spring.
We have plenty of experience of fast-track projects and have regional PMs on-hand to survey, design and plan the required works, with the clients design teams and main contractors in Glasgow, Swindon, Chelmsford and Manchester. All our install teams are familiar with the scope of works and this makes site progression much more efficient.
The works currently include the replacement of sanitaryware, drainage, domestic hot and cold water upgrades.
