YBS are very close to completing the Mechanical Services of a 1990s office block in Leeds. The project is the current phase of a multimillion pound refit to an international engineering company, and Phase 3 will see the modernisation of a wing of the first floor offices and toilets.
The scope of works included, new VRF air conditioning, supply and extract air distribution and domestic water services and sanitaryware – all installed on a D & B contract over the last couple of months.
The project has been managed by one of YBS’s partnering contractors and will complete this week with Phase 3A shortly afterwards.
YBS were able to incorporate both old and new techniques into the mechanical installation, minimising disruption to the client and limiting builders work and planning issues by providing alternative solutions to some existing problems with the original install.
YBS are hopeful that the following Phases will soon be secured and this will see the site in Leeds through to 100% completion.
