YBS have completed a 24 week project in the Elephant and Castle area. The result is a high-end, modern, state-of-the-art leisure facility which is part of the Elephant 1 development.
YBS completed a full M&E install, including interlinking services to the landlords central systems. We also produced the D&B package to the clients high specification.
Working alongside the Client’s architectural teams, within a challenging and difficult location and with limited access, YBS designed and produced solutions to extremely difficult spaces, which optimised area usability, also creating the atmosphere the client wanted.
The M&E systems were fully automated and have remote login facilities, should the client need to carry out any modifications or want urgent assistance for servicing resolution.
