At the end of October YBS started work on a new project for a food store in Walkden, Manchester. The two-storey store is expected to open at the Walkden Town Centre shopping mall by the end of December 2016. There will be a customer cafe on the ground floor, with the retail area extending onto a newly-built mezzanine level.
YBS have been commissioned to carry out the mechanical services to the new food outlet and plan to fit out this extremely fast track project in less than 6 weeks.
Working for the Main Contractor, the project will conclude with a large completion programme of stores for 2016 and we hope this will continue into 2017.
