YBS successfully concluded 2017 with its forth store of the year in the Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, Scotland. The store was one of the first retail stores to open on the new shopping complex and was trading on the 6th December in time for Christmas.
The project was undertaken within a 6 week fit-out period and the Mechanical Services fit out were undertaken within 4 weeks. The completed mechanical services consisted of: Heating, Ventilation, Domestic Water, Air Conditioning, Building Management Controls and Above Ground Drainage.
The project was appointed by competitive tender and was carried out under contract to Wates Smartspace.
