YBS have completed a design and build project, delivering a Heat Pump Air Handling Unit (ahu) and distribution ductwork for one of its repeat customers. The customers brief was to provide heating and cooling to a new product line, to assist with maintaining the correct temperature levels for dough handling. YBS installed a heat pump AHU, complete with fresh air and recirculation ductwork, to provide variable temperature supply air to the clients requirements. The air is distributed via a fabric sock and allows the client to vary the temperatures throughout the year for optimum product output.
The project was designed and delivered in-house at YBS with new integrated controls, providing high efficiency and user friendly operation.
